At VINCH, we are passionate about moving organizations. Organizations are not moved by theory, but by practice. Therefore - when we work with organizations - theory makes up 20% while training and implementation fill the last 80%.

Most employees know well what to do (they have been told 1000 times) - however, there is usually a gap between what people know they have to do and what they actually do. It's about habits, and when you change habits, it does not require theory but training.
